Round paper molds for Italian Panettone are made of double-layer corrugated paper. The rail and bottom are covered with 80 g / m² kraft paper. The inner layer of the mold is made of 50 g / m² kraft paper. The rail of the panettone mold is decorated with a golden print. Also, the mild is equipped with perforations, which allows to remove excess moisture. The kraft paper for the production of corrugated molds has passed quality certification and is intended for use in the food industry. Resistant to fat and temperature extremes (from -40 ° to + 220 °). Due to the density of the material, the product holds its shape well and contributes to easy and fast baking of the dough.
